Graduates can expect a starting salary of $20 to $27 an hour.

After two years in the Quality Inspection role, I was selected to be a back-up chief inspector. As the back-up chief inspector, I assisted my cluster chief inspector with internal audits, certifying technicians and solving quality issues. Six months later I interviewed for chief inspector and was selected for the job.
